Jessica Alba has an amazing body -- even after giving birth to two daughters! So, of course, the world wants to know: what's her secret?
The actress, mami, and entrepreneur opened up about her lifestyle habits with People, telling the magazine that she doesnt stress the small stuff.
"As I've gotten older and after I became a mom, it became more of a priority to be healthy for the right reasons. It's more important to have a balanced approach instead of trying to be perfect," she said. "I don't deprive myself.... I have [junk] if I want it. When I do feel that I am depriving myself, I find that I binge. That's not a balanced way to go about it."
But, don't be fooled. Alba, 33, still exercises regularly, and admits she's tried nearly every fitness fad.
Her current favorite? "Hot Power Flow Yoga," she said. "[It's like] bootcamp mixed with hot yoga.... with good fast paced dance music and... a little bit of everything. It's my new jam!"
