Netflix is knocking it out of the park lately, so we have high hopes for this one: the provider is coming out with a 13-episode series "Daredevil," based on the Marvel comic. The newest addition to the cast? None other than Rosario Dawson, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
Dawson will appear in multiple episodes as "a dedicated young woman whose quest to heal the wounds of Hell's Kitchen brings Matt Murdock unexpectedly crashing into her life, while her own journey forever alters the course of his battle against the injustices of this broken city."
"Rosario Dawson is one the most charismatic, talented and powerful actresses in Hollywood, so she was always at the top of our list for Marvel's Daredevil," Jeph Loeb, Marvel's Head of Television, said in a statement. "Her role in the series is absolutely critical to Matt Murdock's journey to become the hero we know as Daredevil."
"Boardwalk Empire" star Charlie Cox will star as Matt Murdock (aka Daredevil) and Vincent D'Onofrio will be starring as the big villain, Kingpin. The series is set to launch on Netflix in 2015.
What do you think of the series? Will you be watching?
