Big news for Prince Royce!

The bachata superstar launched his own record label, D'León Records, last week -- and he's already signed his first artist: Mexicana Sofia Reyes.

The Bronx-born singer and songwriter personally asked Reyes to join the newly created label in conjunction with Warner Music Group. Royce will introduce his fans to the budding pop star on his Soy El Mismo tour this summer.

"I'm excited to be launching D'León Records to support other young talent in their development," Royce said in a statement. "I have been very fortunate to have been able to break through and succeed in this tough industry, and this is one of my ways of giving back."

Reyes, like Royce, sings in both English and Spanish, and will be releasing a single in the coming months. She's scheduled to release her first pop album early next year.

"This is a new phase in my life, and it's a big step," she told Billboard"It's an honor that Prince Royce believes in me. "

Congrats to Prince Royce & Sofia! Listen to her song "Now Forever" below:
