The Cubana told Cosmopolitan, "Be as honest as you can, up front, because he's going to find out anyway. So just cut to the chase. Show your cards on the first date. It can be scary, but that's the way I operate. I'm fun and fearless, right?"
The 21-year-old Mexicana says being a good listener will help you land the guy you want. "Make sure that your date listens, that's a good one! And make sure that you listen and just be yourself. Talk. Get to know each other.. Don't do movies in the beginning stages so you can talk and get to know the person."

The supermodel believes that part of what will help you land a man is knowing exactly what you want and never settle for less than that. "Before you have children, you have got to make sure you’ve got a great man," she said. "You can’t settle for less … someone you love, and who has the same beliefs.”
"If he wants to talk to you, HE will call/text you. If he doesn't, then he doesn't want to. Never call the guy first," she tweeted.

During an interview with The Huffington Post, the mami of three dished the following advice: "When you’re young and you’re going through relationships and you’re trying to figure out what direction to go and the right person for you, to just not worry about that too much. The right person will come around the corner. But also, whatever you’re going through now, learn the lessons. What is it from each relationship that you’re going through now that you have to learn to get you ready for the right person? Because every relationship I went through, I learned lessons, and if I didn’t learn those, it probably wouldn’t have worked out when I first met Matthew. Everything was a lesson for me."
