Justin Bieber is Headed to Jail ...Again

What a month for Selena Gomez's ex-novio Justin Bieber! After failing a sobriety test and being arrested in Miami without a license less than a week ago, Justin Bieber is headed to jail once again. Last week he may have been resisting arrest, but as of tonight, January 29, 2014, CNN is reporting Bieber has surrendered himself to Canadian police

The 19-year-old returned to his home country (where many Americans who have signed a petition think he belongs) and made his way to Toronto, turning himself in because he is accused of assualting a driver after a Toronto Maple Leafs hockey game on December 29th. According to CNN, "Bieber's arrival was a chaotic scene as determined photographers, reporters, screaming fans and the curious converged around his SUV. About a dozen Toronto police officers shoved their way through the crowd to escort Bieber, getting him through the door only after a struggle." Watch it all unfold below:

And while Bieber and his camp worry about the troubled star's future (Let's face it, the Biebs does not look good in orange...), ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez was all smiles after his Miami arrest. We know she'll try to resist for as long as possible, but someone's bound to get Selena to confess what she really thinks about all the Bieber drama.

Justin is due back in court on February 14th to speak for his DUI arrest in Miami.

Do you think the court systems are making an example out of him? Is he headed down a troubled path? Should the Latina staff start praying the rosary for him at church? Tell us your thoughts in the comments!
