Jennifer Lopez is facing a rather bizarre lawsuit these days.

According to TMZ, a man by the name of  Rodrigo Ruiz has filed a $10,000 suit against the 44-year-old mami of two, claiming Lopez sent him a letter in 2008 asking that he send her naked pictures and a music demo.

TMZ obtained a copy of this letter allegedly from J.Lo and part of it reads: “I just wanted to let you know that I do remember you and that I am interested in you. I have plans on leaving my husband… send me pictures of you both with clothes and without clothes.”

Ruiz is also claiming that he received a follow up letter from Lopez thanking him for sending demos, but reminding him she was still waiting for the naked photos.

In addition, Ruiz has filed a police report claiming sexual harassment against the superstar.

A rep for J.Lo said the lawsuit is “a desperate attempt for notoriety,” adding that the singer has never seen, met, or corresponded with Ruiz and that the lawsuit should be dismissed.
