In the past few months, Cameron Diaz has come clean about her struggles with acne, her feelings about pubic hair, aging, and more. Now, the body-positive author and actress is talking poop. Yes, poop.
The 41-year-old, who recently authored The Body Book, joined Dr. Oz to share her morning bowel movement routine. “This is the best way for me to go poop in the morning,” she explained while holding a bottle of water. “Water wakes you up.”
The cubana actually has a two-fold approach for her morning bowel movements. “First, I brush my teeth, because I don’t want to swallow all the bacteria in my teeth from the night before,” she said.
According to US Weekly, she then demonstrated part two by holding up a liter of water and chugging the entire thing!
“I can’t believe you can do that!” Dr. Oz exclaimed, “It’s unbelievable.”
The host also added, “I love how in the book you’re so honest about poop. I’m going to high-five you on this.”
