From TV star to published author, Bella Thorne does it all.

On Monday, the 16-year-old Cubana revealed the cover art for her first novel, a young adult story called Autumn Falls.

The novel follows the adventures of a fiery red-headed Cuban-America girl named Autumn with an outsider status and tendency to be a total klutz. Luckily, she makes some genuine friends at her new high school, Aventura High, who take her under their wing. When she gets on the wrong side of the school's queen-bee, her reputation (and potential love life) fall prey to the crowd of mean popular kids.

But then, something amazing happens. Autumn starts to vent her feelings in a journal belonging to her dead father, and suddenly her wildest wishes start coming true. Is it a coincidence? Or is the magic journal the secret to her problems?

Thorne told Teen Vogue about her inspiration for the story. "I was inspired by my own personal experiences with trying to fit in and starting over," she said. "I wanted to tell a story that other teens could relate to, but with a little humor and in a slightly fantasy way. I wanted to tell a story that could impact teens with struggles that we all experience, and I wanted to tell it in a way that is a little escape from reality."

Autumn Falls debuts in November. You can preorder the book at Amazon
