The CW Revives "The Beautiful Life"

CW

The Beautiful Life is back, ya’ll! Well, sort of. After canceling the Ashton Kutcher-produced model series back in September after just two episodes, the CW network has decided to air the remaining unaired episodes next summer, reports Radaronline.com

The show's Facebook page also posted the following status update: "We have somewhat good news. The CW will plan 2 air the remaining episodes of The Beautiful Life: TBL in America's Summer Period." In my exclusive interview with TBL star Sara Paxton back in September, the gorgeous (and some might say, fearless) Mexican actress, blasted the CW network for giving her show the ax so quickly, after failing to promote the show. “I definitely think it’s unfair. The CW didn’t give our show a chance to succeed or fail… We were worried because our show didn’t get as much marketing as other shows. Everywhere you go in New York City, you see Melrose Place posters everywhere—I see Vampire Diaries everywhere. And CW, they just didn’t put any money into advertising for our show whatsoever.”

But what Paxton was really upset about (and understandably so) was the network’s harsh decision not to air the "very good" episodes of TBL that she and her co-stars had already filmed. “We had some amazing episodes coming up that we were all proud of, and the story lines were about to get really interesting, so we’re sad that no one will ever even see those!... And oh my God, episodes three, four and five were going to be amazing.” Well, the world will get to see them now!

The only bad news is that the CW currently has no plans to renew the series, or to order additional episodes of the show at this time. However, that could all change if the show turns out to be a hit during the summer months. So if you’re a fan of the show, make sure you watch the show every week and spread the word that it’s worth seeing. If the ratings are good, the CW could decide to renew it!
