The 7 Sexiest Latin Reality TV Stars

Summer is finally here, and with it comes a million and one reality TV shows. To help usher in the long, hot days of summer, yours truly has compiled an eclectic list of sexy reality stars, including a singer, a retired professional baseball player, a rocker chick and a former Playboy model. So go ahead and turn off John and Kate Plus 8, Charm School 3 or whatever other trashtastic show you’re currently hooked on and check out the hot Latinos and Latinas who made the cut.

Veronica Portillo: I’m sure you all remember sexy Cuban mean girl Veronica, 32, from her first MTV appearance on Road Rules: Semester at Sea (or from her multiple appearances on the Real World/Road Rules Duel shows). After all, she tends to start drama everywhere she goes. But her penchant for petty high-school histrionics aside, Veronica—a former Playboy model—has a gorgeous face, a cute body and enviable skin (seriously, she could give L’Oreal girl Eva Longoria Parker some competition for that contract). In other words, she’s hawt!

David Archuleta: It’s entirely possible that the word “cutie” was invented for former American Idol finalist, David Archuleta, 18. It’s also fitting that Archie’s first single (which made it to No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart) was called “Crush” because every Latina staffer (and every Latina I know) has a major crush on the 18-year-old Honduran with dimples. David also has an infectious smile, and as we all know, an amazing singing voice, but what really makes him stand out is that he’s a genuinely nice guy.

Maria Conchita Alonso: Okay, here’s a name I heard a lot in my household growing up—from my parents and my grandparents. Translation: She’s old! That said, at 51, MCA looks pretty freaking good. When she returned to TV earlier this year to host and judge VH1’s ill-conceived Viva Hollywood, she showed up in a sheer dress that revealed her booty. Classy! Bottom line: No matter how old she gets, MCA remains fabulous, confident and seriously sexy.

Natasha Komis: Remember Natasha from MTV’s Paris Hilton’s My New BFF (season 1)? She bears a slight resemblance to Michelle Rodriguez when the actress first got her start in Hollywood (and that’s a good thing!). Despite her unique and risky fashion choices—sometimes she dresses like one of the T-Birds in Grease, and other times her outfits mirror Michelle Pfeiffer’s Catwoman—Natasha always manages to look pretty foxy. No wonder the 25-year-old Cuban beauty has been linked to Hollywood bad boys like Simon Rex and Tommy Lee.

Johanna Botta: Real World-er Botta, 26, has a really boring personality, and her constant whining about ex-fiance Wes is more than a little annoying. However, there’s no denying the Peruvian is a natural beauty with a girl-next-door look that’s both charming and endearing. She’s also got some amazing curves.

Berto Colon: If you’re at a club trying to pick up chicks, the last guy you want to have standing next to you is Puerto Rican actor Berto Colon, who won VH1’s Viva Hollywood last year. The 36-year-old hunk stands at 6 feet 1 and can pull off a dress shirt better than most prepsters. His body may be similar to Christian de la Fuente, but Berto also has a bad-boy quality that gives him a sexy edge.

Jose Canseco: Former MLB outfielder and designated hitter Jose Canseco won himself plenty of enemies when he claimed that 85 percent of major league players take steroids in the tell-all book Juiced: Wild Times, Rampant ‘Roids, Smash Hits & How Baseball Got Big. But that doesn’t change the fact that the 44-year-old Canseco—who was born in Havana—is one of the hottest Latino reality stars of all-time. Just ask Janice Dickinson—the former America’s Next Top Model cougar judge couldn’t keep her paws off the tall, muscular Cuban when the two shared a living space as cast members on VH1’s The Surreal Life.
