Juanes will have to wait. We hear the Colombian rocker has always wanted to duet with Alicia Keys but the in-demand songstress chose Alejandro Sanz for her first Latin collaboration. The track is called “Looking for Paradise” and it’s the lead single from the Spanish pop singer’s upcoming Paraíso Express album (out November 10). “The song is so beautiful. It’s touching. It’s uplifting. It’s worldwide. It really talks about the way we’re all looking for something and how we can all find it,” said Keys last month.

Produced by Puerto Rican artist Tommy Torres (he’s worked with Ricardo Arjona and Ricky Martin), the record is said to take Ale to a happy place with positive lyrics and a more rhythmic spirit, according to billboard.com. The 40-year-old Madrileño has been spreading the good vibes by asking his famous friends to share their idea of paradise in a series of video messages on his own YouTube channel.

Ricky Martin: “For me paradise is surfing a good wave, training in a good Capoeira roda, laughing with friends, listening to music, silence.”

Shakira: “For me paradise is having a neighbor that is a doctor, a chocolate cake in the refrigerator and love at home.”

Juanes: “Paradise is that place where there is a perfect balance between life and death, between day and night, between peace and war.”

Miguel Bose: “Paradise would be being able to return to my childhood but with the body of an adult, with the knowledge I have now, so that I can enjoy the things I did as boy.”
