I recently got engaged and thus have been scouring the Internet for everything from a wedding dress to bridesmaid accessories. I'm not interested in going the traditional route and have yet to find anything that I like, much less something I could see myself using for more than just one
day. So imagine my surprise when I spotted this hot little Carolyn modern clutch at unforgettablemoments.com!

When times are tough I try to refrain from shopping, which most shopaholics know never works. Therefore, my next compromise is to at least make sure that whatever I purchase is versatile and will get a lot of use. So, this ASOS Shirred Waist dress shirt (30 Euros) falls in that category. You can wear it to work with some tights, or on a weekend with just a pair of cute flats.

Nowadays, with all the designer bags costing more than my monthly rent, I’m always on the lookout for a cute, affordable bag. This Steve Madden Butility bag ($50) is my new crush and works on so many levels. It’s right up my alley when it comes to style: trendy chic with a little rocker detail.
Although it comes in black or brown, it’s the perfect size to wrap around your shoulder on a summer’s day or night, plus all the small zipper and pocket details make it very useful.

Oh, the trends! There are some that suit us well, and others that, even though we’d love to rock them, just don’t complement our figures. This has been my issue all summer with trendy harem pants, but I knew there had to be a pair out there that would look smokin’ on me and not like I’m wearing a diaper.

I’ve always been believer of owning a nice quality watch at a certain (more stable) point in my life, therefore I have a few on my wish list for when that time comes. Unfortunately, I’m still not there, so since I don’t have 10k for my dream gold menswear Rolex watch, I must improvise and find the next best thing.

Most of us know it’s all about having the red bottoms (the authentic ones anyway), but there’s just one slight problem—the prices for Christian Louboutins are out of control! So, you can imagine my excitement when I came across a sale that had these fab Louboutins for less than half the price! Although, they’re still pricey, all is relative and these HOT patent leather peep toe heels are definitely worth the extra c

My baby brother is getting married this August—yup, in the hottest month of the year in New York! So, I’ve been on the hunt for a light, summery frock to wear to the nuptials. Enter designer Lewis Cho’s pretty one shoulder minidress ($80). It’s made of a comfy rayon/lycra blend, and I love how the material gathers to the side. It doesn’t scream “Wedding!” either, so I’ll definitely be wearing it again and again.

Whatever the season, my office is freezing. It’s the middle of July, and I’m constantly alternating between burying myself in an afghan and stripping down to spaghetti straps whenever I step outside. So I’m loving this season’s trend of short-sleeved sweaters. Although it sounds like an oxymoron, it totally works!

When I was in high school, I was totally into wearing vintage threads that were—literally—straight out of my great grandmother’s closet. I may have moved on from my obsession with hand-crocheted sweaters, but this cute Miranda Feather Crochet from Delias ($39.50) brought me back. I love the modern print combined with the crocheted top—perfect for casual weekends or worn under a cardigan at the office. My grammy would be proud.
