Everybody needs time and the opportunity to detox, or cleanse the blood. Toxic buildup often leads to headaches, allergies, infections, body odor, muscle and joint pain, flu-like symptoms, and digestive symptoms such as bloating, gas and constipation.
None of these symptoms are good. The question is what are YOU doing to help yourself detox?
Detoxing can really put you in such a positive state of health.
A couple of things I do to help keep my body healthy, alive & full of antioxidants include:
- Drink A LOT of green tea. At least 2 cups a day.
- Drink water with lemon (this has many benefits to it. Boosts your immune system, great source of potassium, aids digestion, gives you fresher breath, keeps your skin clear, helps you loose weight, & it gives you an energy boost.)
- I get colonics done regularly- at least once a moth. (www.innerhealthcarecolonics.com)
- I juice a lot (sometimes I replace dinner or breakfast with a juice depending on what my goal is; juicing is a great natural way to heal the body!)
