Reaching the Dreaded Plateau

So, I’ve been blogging for a few months now and, thankfully, I’ve lost 47 pounds. I’m doing my best to make sure I only lose it physically, not mentally. So far, so good.

Here is the problem: Recently, my clothes have been looking better and better, but for some reason the scale doesn’t agree. I’ve been great in losing inches, but weight—that’s another story! I’m stuck at a plateau and I can’t figure out how to get off of it. Lately, there have been many stresses in my life, from breakups to deaths. I try not to let them affect me, but I do get caught up in emotional eating from time to time. Still, I’m ready to jump off this plateau—feel free to jump with me! Weight Watchers, here I come!

I just have a few questions for you readers before I take that step. I appreciate hearing from real women who understand what I'm going through. Here it goes:

  • How can I change my eating habits so my body can continue shedding pounds?
  • Do you think that if I do more cardio instead of weight training that I will lose more weight?
  • Should I wear fajas in the meantime? Do they really work?
  • And finally, should I be taking any vitamins while I lose weight? If so, which ones?

Thanks for all of your help!
