I have a question. Have you ever been so upset at work or at home that you felt like punching your boss, coworker or romantic partner? Great news! Boxing burns the same amount of calories as running on a treadmill, but you can relieve some of your aggression in the process. Plus, I think it's a lot more fun.

I’ve been taking little steps with boxing. I started with the speed bag just because I tried the bigger bag and it hit me back! That wasn't exactly fun. However, as I’ve continued exploring this sport, I’ve noticed that some of the excess fat on my arms has slowly gotten smaller. I've also noticed that boxing helps me relax and it removes the pressures from a long day at work. Feel free to place a picture of that special stress trigger on the speed bag before you start throwing blows.
