I know that we all feel overworked sometimes, and find it challenging to juggle demands, children, jobs and everything we may have going on in our lives.
Trust me… you aren’t alone. I’m with you. And, I’m sure you have NO TIME to work out.
It’s tough to have a work/life balance and I wanted to give you all three tips to building more balance to your daily routine in order to find time to work out.
Here are three ways to bring a little more balance to your daily routine:

Mujeres, you aren’t alone…we all have it, and if you are in that 10% bracket that doesn’t…then LUCKY YOU! What am I talking about? CELLULITE!!!
For women, having cellulite and trying to get rid of it can be an uphill battle. Wouldn’t you just love to wear a swimsuit without a cover up around your tush and leg area? It isn’t easy getting rid of cellulite because it’s caused by fat deposits that distort the skin's connective tissues, giving us that not so cute cottage cheese look. :(

Now, I know a lot of you reality TV fans out there stay glued to the TV. However, do you actually make time to exercise? Would you rather watch a good juicy reality show or hit the gym?? Of course, many of you are saying watch the juicy reality show…but, why not do both???

Happy New Year, chicas! I am getting back into action ever since the holidays because I sort of fell off with all of my traveling. You know how that goes...
The first thing I did was I started my three week program with youthH2O because it helps boost my metabolism and fights weight gain. It’s also great to take prior to any type of workout.

I receive messages from women all of the time telling me they have a hard time losing weight in their problem areas. But I want all you mujeres out there to know: you don't have to get a nip/tuck or go “under the knife" to solve those problems. All you have to do is eat the right foods and REALLY exercise and you can achieve your goal! Just take the time to make the necessary changes.
