4. Stay Motivated! One of the ways that I stay motivated is that I keep a progress report on hand! I want to know how far I have come since the beginning. My "subjects" include, Cardio, Conditioning, Flexibility, and Muscle. I set goals for each one. For example, with cardio I may write down that I ran two miles and the next week, I may write down that I have increased my run by half a mile. This really helps me to stay motivated even when I don’t feel like working out.
5. Maximize Your Crunches! Don't you dare relax your abs when you lower your chest away from your knees during a crunch! If you do this, then you are only getting half the benefits of toning your abs. In order to get tight and fitabs, sustain the contraction ALL the way down.
