Hey beauties! I have received so many messages and requests for help in regards to getting a trim and toned body. So, I wanted to share a few more secrets, motivational tricks and cool moves to help you get things started!

1. Treadmill Time! I always try to tone up by using the treadmill. You can do a quick 10-minute cardio/sculpt by holding three to five pound dumbbells in each hand. You would want your speed to be a regular walk while you are doing a set of one-minute bicep curls, side laterals and shoulder presses. This will definitely get your heart and blood flowing and your upper body will transform fast! Try to do this two or three times a week and increase your sets to three minutes as time progresses.
2. Working Out At Work! Instead of using a regular chair at work, why not use a stability ball instead? This will actually help strength your core. Also, keep dumbbells at your desk and do 12 to 15 reps of curls, ab crunches and overhead presses at your desk. Try to do two-three sets each for better results.
3. Make Your Runs More Challenging! If you are trying to become more of a runner, like myself, make the run a bit more challenging. Add wall sits to the equation in order to strengthen your hamstrings, glutes, quads and improve your endurance. Try to do 10 sets of each and I promise, your legs, butt and thighs will look AMAZING!
