So I have a few ab tips for my beauties today! Especially for the new moms or the mamas that had a c-section. It’s especially tough after you have had a cesarean section because a major operation took place and you are in a lot of pain with tenderness and difficulty moving. After pregnancy, your belly doesn’t immediately bounce back to its previous shape after your have given birth. The skin has stretched over nine months, so it will take time to return to normal.
With that said, I have provided a few tips in order for you to begin looking and feeling yourself again.
