Crunch Time!

The Ab Coaster is here! This is a machine that basically kicks your abs. Latina is an office of mostly women, so we've been talking about getting bikini-ready for a while now. You can imagine our excitement when we got an email saying an Ab Coaster would be dropped off at our offices for us to test. We could barely contain ourselves.

To use it, you get on in a kneeling position and place your elbows on the armrests. While lightly holding the hand grips, slide your knees toward your chest. There’s a counter that shows you how many full reps you've completed.

According to the reps for Ab Coaster, if you follow their meal plan as well as their DVDs, you'll have a six-pack in no time. We’re going to see for ourselves and keep you updated on our progress!
