A New Edgy Vibe at Rolando Santana for Fall 2013

The Mexican up-and-coming designer Rolando Santana is known for his feminine silhouettes in muted colors like grey, black, and ivory, but in his newest collection he showed off a completely different take.

Deviating from his signature colors, the designer chose deep colors like aubergine and true navy blue for his creations, with bright bolts of electric blue, royal purple, and tangerine.

These colors pumped up classic styles like pencil and a-line skirts, flirty flowy dresses, and cropped pants got an edgy touch thanks to sequins, leather, metallic accents, and laser cut details. While he makes sophisticated pieces look so good, we're loving this newfound edgy style.
