I have a huge crush on this guy who is really friendly and super sweet to me, but all we ever do is talk about work. One of my coworkers told me he might be gay. How can I find out about his sexuality without embarrassing him or myself?

Don't embarrass yourself by letting your feelings get in the way of your grasp on reality! If he had any romantic interest in you, he would have most definitely changed the topic of conversation by now. So take it from there and stop doing a solo tango. If you eventually do become true friends, in time he will let you know whether or not he is gay on his own terms.
