Who Makes the Best Concealers?

This is one of the questions I hear most, from friends, family, even people in the industry. And boy, do I get it. Dark under-eye circles are hereditary, so if you suffer from them it’ll probably be a consistent issue. It’s an issue for me, and I’ve got some suggestions for you: First, Senna Totally Transforming Concealer ($22), a best-seller for this small L.A.-based brand, the cream-liquid covers like nothing else I’ve tried! The downside: It creases, but just the teensy-ist bit. It’s a small price to pay. Next, Benefit Boi-ing ($18), a heavy cream concealer that is best applied with your finger. The heat from your skin warms the formula to make it more easily spreadable. It has great coverage and it lasts! Third, Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage ($28), a compact with two cream concealers—a light yellow-white, and a skin tone shade—you can custom-mix to match your face. Together they are strong enough to cover scars. Trust, it’s been put to the test.
