So Nicole Richie stepped out to launch more House of Harlow jewelry. I’m more concerned with the jewelry she’s wearing on her head. It appears to be some sort of necklace-headband hybrid. There’s a chain on top of her head that connects to the front and links to the back, so it’s kind of like a hat, too. Plus, if you look at the way it seems to float above her angelic blonde waves, it can pass as a halo!
