Makeup for Blonde Hair

Being a blonde—so far—is kind of a pain in the butt. I didn’t realize I’d have to rethink my makeup routine, which has been on autopilot for the past year. So maybe it’s a good thing. My (old) favorite bronze and golden eye shadows now make me look a little like a golden retriever—too much yellow going on. So I’ve discovered the power of purple. An eggplant eye liner and light mauve eye shadow are super flattering, and somehow, I think, make the blonde hair pop. I’m still working on the lipstick situation. Blondes out there, any suggestions?
