Black Lips: No longer limited to gothic chicas, thanks to sophisticated shades like Givenchy Rouge Interdit Satin Lipstick in Black Plum ($26, sephora.com) and Lancome's much-hyped Color Fever Gloss in Piha Black (available at Bloomingdales and lancome-usa.com in November). To round out the look, keep your skin and eyebrows pale, but make the eyes smoky.
Yellow Nails: Despite popular belief, yellow nail polish is not a counterintuitive beauty move. Instead of discolored nails, think citrus-y fingertips. We recommend Essie's Shorty Pants ($7, amazon.com), but if that's too bright for your taste, ease into the trend with OPI's The "It" Color (also $7, amazon.com).
Red Eyes: This one is especially tough to pull off, but here's how you do it. "Blend red eyeshadow into the crease below the brow bone," says Becca's national makeup artist, Joanne Hwang. "For the brow, do a matte cream color. Make sure you do the entire eye: a darker color in the crease, the dark brown or black eyeliner and lots of black mascara. You have to really finish the look or else you could look sick." But if done right, you could be the most glam girl in the room. If you're bold or have a darker complexion, try MAC's Cream Colour Base in Premeditated ($16, maccosmetics.com). For a more toned down look, NARS' crimson red Exhibit A Blush ($23, sephora.com) could double as a shadow!
