Trend Alert: Nude Beauty at the Oscars

We're so proud of Penelope Cruz, Jessica Alba and Cameron Diaz--not only did these Latina leading ladies avoid the pitfall of wearing a red gown and looking like everyone else at the Oscars, but they also rejected the bright pinks and reds seen on the faces of other stars and went for an au naturale glow. All three stars proved that even on a night as spectacular as the Academy Awards, nude makeup can be sublimely sexy.
Want the look? A light, sheer foundation and blush or neutral-toned shadows dusted across the eyes should get you started, but the key is all in the lipstick. And choosing the perfect shade, of course, all depends on your skintone. Try these new colors in Bobbi Brown's wonderful new Cream Lip Color line, and you're on your way to looking as breezily glamorous as our hottest stars.
Click here to see our stars’ fresh-faced Oscar looks.
(Editor's pick: For light complexions, Pink Ballet and Crystal Pink; For medium complexions, Rose Petal and Nude Pink; For dark complexions, Bronzed Pink and Honeysuckle. $22, Bobbi Brown counters nationwide)

Jessica Alba is looking simply stunning. Some people look beautiful without any make up and really Jessica Alba stands apart from so many other actresses. She remains way away from controversies and that's something great about here.

I love Jessica Alba. I even started a blog with the latest news involving her career and personal life. I'm using a shared web hosting package and a very generic domain name plus Wordpress as the content management system. Things are working well for Jessica and my blog also.

Latina or not Latina she does not have an approachable personality. She comes off as cold and her acting is horrible. Her sucess is based on her flawless beautiful looks. As far as i am concerned she already commited carreer sucide with the Latino audience. For years ive been reading interviews about her back ground and she has been denying her roots,it only became an issue when she became more popular.

Jessica Alba is a Latina as well, and therefor deserves to be on this website as Salma or Shakira. She may not be popular with many people... but not all of us hate her. She is a talented actress and a part of our culture. And the same goes for Cameron Diaz; we cant always cater to the typical Latina because we are different. If anyone read the last magazine on Jessica Alba they should know she is as proud to be Latina as the rest of us... 100% hispanic or not, you dont have to fluant your heritage to be proud of it. Let it go...

Latina, the Web...have you all not been reading the boards about how we don't want Jessica on Latina magazine, Web or anything else pertaining to Latina and what do you do? You post her picture on this Website.....couldn't you put Penelope Cruz's picture instead? What is up with you all? Another thing, Cameron Diaz....please, what about putting America Ferera? Wasn't she there too? I'm getting tired of this Website already...I thought it was all about catering to us and what we want to read about. I might switch to the Univision website instead. At least they stick to the Latin culture.
