Plenty of Mexican men have discovered that being a man’s man and looking well put together do not have to be mutually exclusive. Estée Lauder’s Marc Latiere’s tells WWD that Mexican sales of top beauty products for men (including Biotherm, Clinique Skin Supplies for Men, Aramis Lab Series and Clarins Men) have increased 20 to 25 percent annually over the last five years. BDF Mexico’s Diego Ferrández went on to say that Mexico is a Latin American “forerunner” in the men’s market.
Wow! We think this is a step in the right direction. We’re all for men smelling good and practicing good grooming—as long as they don’t spend more time in the bathroom than we do.
