After your holiday or New Year’s Eve celebration, you’ll likely wake up the next morning extra tired and dehydrated (often thanks to salty snacks and alcohol)—and your skin shows the effects. To perk up and rehydrate, treat yourself to Joanna’s At-Home Hydrating Mask.
½ cup plain yogurt
¼ cup honey
(All three ingredients are full of mega moisturizers and nutrients.)
In a bowl, mix all three ingredients together until they’re completely blended. Then apply evenly to your face with a sea sponge. After ten minutes, gently wipe off with a soft washcloth, rinse your skin clean with fresh water, then apply moisturizer.
Now you’re set to face the day….or even a whole new year!
