Latina Beauty Awards 2015: The Best in Makeup

It's hard to impress Latinas when it comes to beauty! But we road tested about a gazillion new products to find the most wow-worthy ones that do just that. We present to you the 2015 Latina Beauty Awards! Up first, all the best makeup products:
