For tips on how to master her red carpet go-to, we talked to Tanya “Carter” Ayer at Warren-Tricomi salon in NYC. After bonding over how we inherited our love for makeup from our Latina mamis, we got down to business. Here is her step-by-step guide. Remember, practice makes perfect!
Start by priming lids from lashes to brow. Then, add a touch of highlighter to inner corners and right under your brows. This will brighten the entire look.
