At last night’s Billboard Music Awards, Fergie showed off her edgy rock ‘n’ roll style with an intense carbon black smoky eye to go with her leather and gold buckle Hervé Leger by Max Azria bondage dress. After seeing the Black Eyed Pea try to find her soft, girlie side (remember her Marilyn Monroe-inspired look on American Idol?), we’re thrilled that she’s back to her signature cool, smoldering rocker look. It just works for her — and, besides, who else can pull off smoky eyes this intense and still look hot?!
