Teeth Whitening

There’s nothing better than a bright smile, which is why many of us run to the store for teeth whitening kits. Instead of spending your hard earned cash, on store-bought kits, try this recipe. 

What You’ll Need:

A few drops of hydrogen peroxide

1 teaspoon baking soda

Toothbrush

Directions:

Mix the baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide in a small bowl until it becomes a paste. Next use the paste to brush your teeth, but make sure not to swallow. Follow with your regular tooth brush routine, and before you know it, you will have pearly whites!
