Get the Look: Celebrity Wedding Hairstyles

Learn how La La Vazquez, Odette Yustman and Alexa Vega got those beautiful wedding day hairstyles.

1. Wedding Hair LaLa Vazquez

LaLa’s Soft Waves

Creating cascading, smooth waves like LaLa’s is easy: As you blow dry hair,
brush each section with a round brush to make it smooth. Then, when the hair is
still warm, wrap it around your fingers and pin it against your head. Let the
hair cool, then release the pins. If any of the sections aren’t wavy enough,
wrap them around a curling iron.

2. Wedding Hair Odette Yustman

Odette’s Updo

To recreate a version of this romantic twisted-back updo, start by teasing the
hair at the crown of your head to make a bump. Now part your hair, separate out
the front two-inches of your hair, then pull the rest of it back, clipping it
with bobby pins at the back of your head. Use a curling iron to curl the hanging
hair, then divide it into two sections, twist each, then braid them and fold
under, tucking the ends underneath the hair. Now loosely twist back the front
sections, clipping them above the bobby pins at the back of your head with
pretty bridal hair pins.

3. Wedding Hair Alexa Vega

Alexa’s Textured Updo

Because Alexa has naturally thick, wavy hair, it has lots of volume even when
it’s pinned back. If you have fine, straight hair, smooth a mousse (like
TreSemme 24 Hour Body Mousse, $4.49, walgreens.com) on damp hair from roots to
ends, then blow dry with a round brush to get the lift and volume you need. Let
your hair part slightly, then loosely twist large sections of it back to the
nape of your neck. Tuck the ends underneath the rest of your hair, then pin
securely.
