Curly Qs: Nighttime Frizz-Fighting

Does your hair get frizzy from sleeping on it? This used to happen to me all the time. I would go to bed with beautiful curls and wake up with frizzy, tangled hair from rubbing against my pillow. My solution? I started using a silk pillowcase. The smooth texture minimizes any tangling and friction that can lead to frizz. Instead of my hair rubbing against my pillow, it now glides on it—and curls stay intact. You won’t just be dreaming of good hair days, you’ll have them too!

And as a bonus, using a silk pillowcase at night can also help prevent arrugas on your face. Just like your hair, your skin will glide against it. This prevents your face from being smooshed and wrinkly all night. But getting back to hair: How do you keep yours frizz-free while you sleep?
