Get the Look:
1. Start with healthy hair: Stodghill noted how healthy her hair is, pulling it back into a loose ponytail and folding it over into a bun. "The condition that your hair is in is key when trying to make a style work."
2. Make loose curls: He left out some strands of hair, making loose curls. He used the curls as a frame for the bun and also set the front of the hair in rollers to achieve volume.
3. Create the bun: He played with the hair with his fingers to add texture and then brushed the front of the hair towards the side and back to create the modern pompadour look, pinning it under the bun.
