Bangin' Bangs

Bangs_article300.JPG

Bangs are simply ubiquitous, and why not? They are flattering, versatile and easy to style. According to Suzi Jacobi, a super exclusive private hairdresser to the stars (for her clients' discretion, she won't give out names), "You don't have to be limited to any one style just because of your face shape. Bangs of all styles look good on anyone who can pull it off. If you can own it, you can wear them." She also says that bangs are great for long faces or to make long hair look styled. #1 - Go Matte

Trade in your sheer tinted foundation for a more matte foundation that keeps your complexion even and your face free of shine all season long. Like Jessica Alba, we love Revlon's Custom Creations Foundation ($14, drugstore.com), which you can adjust to match your own skin tone. Another cool option? Foundation that does double duty either as anti-aging or acne clearing, like Neutrogena's Skin Clearing Oil Free Makeup ($8.29 on sale, Ulta.com).
