BCBG Kicks Off Fashion Week With Lots of Layered Looks

Kicking off Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week (literally, at 10am!!) this morning was the BCBG Max Azria Fall 2013 fashion show.

Max and his wife Lubov, the designers also behind Herve Leger, showed off a collection of hip ready-to-wear clothing perfect for the mean streets of cities like NYC and Rio and everything in between.

The show focused on layers - lots of 'em, with leather leggings carried throughout the collection, along with funky prints, deep textures and lots of fur. We couldn't tell whether it was real fur or faux fur, but either way, it looked beat-i-ful and totally wearable (which is sometimes the hard part of pulling off fur).

What's your favorite look from the show?
