Fat Burning Machine

You're probably asking yourself: Out of all the foods there are to choose from, which one is the most important to eat? I try to serve as someone from whom, through my experiences, you can learn how to become a lean, mean, fat burning machine. And he definitely gave me a serious talk on the do’s and don’ts I have to follow before, during, and after surgery. Just so you get an overall understanding of the surgery, I will briefly explain things that he explained to me.

The Whole Truth

When I arrived to my Bariatric appointment last week with my best friend (THANK YOU!) I was so nervous. I was more nervous to get on that scale than to actually discuss the surgery.
