In an effort to aid the disadvantaged areas of Africa, the Spanish singer-songwriter announced he would release an album titled, Sin Fronteras. Sin Fronteras is named after the association he plans to help, Médicos Sin Fronteras (MSF).  MSF offers emergency medical assistance to populations in distress in more than 70 countries.

Guatemalan Mother Fights to Get Son Back

It’s a madre’s worst nightmare. Guatemalan immigrant Encarnacion Bail Romero, had her son taken away from her when she was detained for being in the country illegally back in 2007. Romero was arrested during an immigration raid at a poultry processing plant and sentenced to two years in a federal prison after she pleaded guilty to “aggravated identity theft” for having a stolen a social security number to get work.
