The Modern Family star called it quits from her boyfriend of two years, Nick Loeb, in May 2012. According to the New York Post, the 39-year-old actress initiated the break-up a few days ago “following a series of arguments.” A few months later, Nick proposed to Sofia while in Mexico for the star’s 40^th birthday. Looks like they are very much in love – now!
