And while everyone’s quinceañera was celebrated differently, the one thing they all have in common is the dresses. For many of us, this was the first time we wore a pretty dress, and for even more of us, being part of your cousin or friend’s court was the first time we experienced having to wear a dress picked for us by someone else. Ay! But whether beautiful or questionable, simple or extravagant, we still remember our quinces dress and the dresses we’ve seen other girls wear.
